Towy Music is located in beautiful South West Wales. It is owned and run by a husband and wife who have over 45 years’ experience of regular gigging, including touring the UK and USA, many years of technical experience in UK recording studios and a wealth of knowledge and understanding of music composition, recording and production, music publishing and licensing.
This experience includes technical and engineering support at Real World Studios, working with well-known artists such as: Peter Gabriel; Stereophonics; Kylie Minogue; Wet, Wet, Wet; The Beautiful South; Richard Ashcroft; Black Grape and many others, as well as work at other studios such as Bath Garden Studio, Red Kite Studio and City Of Bristol College Studio.
Their experience also include work at Real World Records – Peter Gabriel’s publishing company and part of the residential Real World Studios – being involved in many film and TV projects and helping to develop the careers of Joseph Arthur, Ayub Ogada and the Afro Celt Sound System amongst others. Working with Real World Records provided experience in liaising with many artists, calculating and distributing their royalties and helping with licensing, press and publicity.
